SPEAK UP during the House State Agencies Committee meeting for citizen-led ballot initiatives!

These bills are on SPECIAL ORDER to be heard 15 minutes after the House Floor Session adjourns.

Be ready to speak up and speak AGAINST these bills.
Senate Bill 207: Requires canvassers to tell every person signing that petition fraud is a misdemeanor; counts as a falsifying documents crime if they don’t
Senate Bill 208: Requires canvassers to view the photo ID of every person signing
Senate Bill 211: Requires every canvasser to file affidavits with the SOS verifying signatures

To speak against, you’ll need to sign in using the Committee sheets places right outside of the door. You will sign up that you are speaking against and then wait for them to call your name. Have your thoughts prepared and tell them why this is WRONG and takes power AWAY from the people of Arkansas.

If you can’t show up, please call EVERY REPUBLICAN on the House State Agencies Committee! Our Democratic Representatives will definitely be voting NO.
