Through the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Channel 7 reviewed thousands of receipts and invoices dating from July 2018 to March 2019. We discovered that Secretary of State John Thurston, who was elected in November, gave his new office in the Arkansas State Capitol a face-lift that cost taxpayers $68,000.
